After laboring over this narrative it occurred to me that it is much like writing a police profile, "Selfguidedguy, 5'8" tall, 160 pounds with salt and pepper hair, is wanted for wanting someone to share public displays of affection in three or four emotional states. He is romantically armed and dangerless!" Anyway, like most of the guys on these pages, I like outdoor activities. I like backpacking, flyfishing and climbing mountains. I've climbed 65 mountains in 4 states. But I don't expect you to share that passion. I also like to workout, but, again, I am not looking for a workout partner (I am looking for much more). I like to do other things as well. I am versatile! Perhaps I have a multple personality disorder (just kidding), I like to dress up in my Sunday best to take my lovely date to a great restaurant and woo her endlessly over wine and steamed asparagus (asparagus?). I also like to go to those fancy stage shows in the "Big City" and flirt with my date...in public! Really! I like many, many more things too: Like jazz, clean socks, and vitamin E! I am looking for this, simply: a friend...a partner...a lover. I want to reside in her heart, and she in mine. Because life and love should be full of sound and fury...
I would like to find someone who is mildly independent. She must share time and experiences because she wants to. She needs to like kids, as I have a 15 year-old daughter that lives with me at times. She is a sophomore this year. She is a great kid! She doesn't wear black. My IDEAL GAL needs to have a sense of humor. She needs to be honest and loyal. She must be willing to learn and try new things, and to want to teach me things as well. She must be assertive and confident enough to throw a bucket of water on me from time to time! But most of all, she needs to truly like herself. If she does, then I know she is free to like me, too! She must be at least willing to consider a committed relationship. I am tired of dating and dating and dating. She must also appreciate that I am a man. She must enjoy being a woman, and being treated as such.
