My late dad might be Polish, and my matka Portuguese, I have been down to Lisbon, and several part of Portugual since I was a kid and never been down to Poland until this year. I visited my dad's home town in Bialystok, Poland. The town lies in north-east part of the country in the land called Podlasie. It's probably one of the only lands in the world where the aurochs live in wild state. Generally, a lot of woods all around. And several insane music bands down there. I got to meet some nice people there and I was made to get in the swing. I listened to some intense sounds from strange bands with far much more chilling names such as: DEAD INFECTION, EVIL MACHINE, FRONT TERROR, INCARNATED, DDT, PRIESTICIDE LUST, POISON DREAMS, 707, TERMINATOR, NO HOPE, ARCORE. It was with a big sigh of relief when I didnt get to see any group bearing the name Al Qaeda or the Taliban.
And I meet quite a large number of English speaking people around. Wow, arent we so very industrious :)
I have lived mostly in Kent, Washington most of my life. My late wife who died battling cancer was buried down there, and just moved out here. I havent meet any woman so far who would say, I'm Polish, and that word alone sounds far much more romantic alone.
I enjoy the company of interesting people who can stimulate my sense of humor and my appetite for knowledge. I’m very social and love to host dinner parties. I’ve been known to make people laugh and I have a very positive attitude. I don’t like “Debbie Downers” or conspiracy theorists…. they bore me. I like people who can speak intelligently about many things, and can keep up their end of a good conversation. My favorite activities include, skiing (snow), swimming, Wine tastings, dinner parties, tennis, board games, funny movies, informative TV, long walks on the beach, to name a few….and I’m open to participating in a lot of new ones. (I won’t sky dive or bungee jump, though) I’m in the process of reprioritizing my life and am scheduling time for working out, more physical activities and developing a long-term relationship with the right woman. (I’m sure I’ll have to kiss a lot of frogs before I find my Queen, but I hope the right person is just you) I am focused and ready for the right situation.
